What “Wrecking Shit With Love” Actually Looks Like

What “Wrecking Shit With Love” Actually Looks Like

For a long time, I thought love meant softness.
Quiet. Compliant. Palatable.
But that’s not the kind of love I came here to embody.

I came here to wreck shit — with love.

Not ego.
Not vengeance.
Not performance.
Truth.

Because sometimes, the most loving thing you can do…
is walk away.
Set a boundary.
Speak what no one else will say.
Break a system that feeds on silence.
And refuse to shrink for someone else’s comfort.

Wrecking Shit With Love Looks Like:

  • Leaving relationships that require you to betray yourself to keep the peace
  • Calling out abuse, even when it costs you connection
  • Breaking generational patterns, even when your voice shakes
  • Parenting differently than you were taught, and giving your kids the truth you never got
  • Saying “no” without explaining
  • Saying “yes” without permission
  • Choosing healing over hiding
  • Loving people from a distance when closeness means chaos
  • Being real — even when it gets you labeled “too much,” “too angry,” or “too honest”

Love isn’t always gentle.
Sometimes it flips tables.
Sometimes it slams doors that were never supposed to be open.
Sometimes it walks away with no explanation — just peace.

That’s what I mean when I say “Wreck Shit With Love.”
It’s not about destruction.
It’s about restoration.

It’s sacred.
It’s sovereign.
It’s overdue.

And it’s happening now.
